Who is responsible
Long Gamma (Enrique Opi) is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at any time at enrique@long-gamma.es.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or book a confidential conversation we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the message you write, the language of the site, and technical data such as your IP address and browser user agent. We also record the date, time and exact wording of the consent you give.
Why we process it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare and hold the meeting you request, and to keep a record of your consent. The legal basis is your consent, and, where a professional relationship follows, the performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in managing that relationship.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a professional relationship requires longer retention for legal or accounting reasons.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys, rents or receives your data for marketing. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers acting as processors on our instructions, and meeting invitations are issued through Google Calendar. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to enrique@long-gamma.es. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out beforehand. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only the technical storage strictly necessary to remember your language choice and to run the site is used.
